    Kinect stopped working, need Preview Program resent, and an EA Access code.


    Hi, a few days ago my Kinect has failed for no reason. The power light does not come on. I have been told I can request a replacement, but I also received an invite to the Xbox Preview Program but I seemed to have lost it, I may have accidentally deleted
    it from my messages.

    I would like to be resent an invite, as Live Support has just told me I am eligible and can request it to be resent here.

    I hope it will fix my Kinect issue, but I know it might not. I will report if it does or doesn't here.

    Also, I need an EA Access beta code as well. Thank you, this might save me from having to go through the hassle of getting a replacement Kinect and I can also test EA Access if I am in the Preview Program.

    EA Access code help!

    Hey, Lupe! Onyx is correct here. If you got an EA Access code, you will want to post in the Preview Forums. The only people that received EA Access codes are in the preview program and you'll need to get support through them.

    I'm Using EA ACCESS Right Now

    Just got an email with a code for EA ACCESS. Seems to be working pretty well so far. If any of you are in the Preview Program I'd suggest checking your mail on XB1. I got an update tonight on XB1 and then 30 minutes later a mail stating that since I was in the Preview Program I was given a code to check out EA ACCESS.

    The code gets you access into the HUB, still had to sign up to use it, but though, I'll sign up for the 4.99 to test it and grab myself BF4 and FIFA 14. So far so good.

    I had this happen the other day as well with my kinect when my power surged and the kinect wouldn't turn on. I had to unplug the kinect, and the console. Wait a minute, plug in console and boot it up. I then went to settings->Kinect and it asked me to plug
    in my kinect. When I plugged it in the kinect turned on and all was good. Couldn't get the kinect to boot up any other way, even unplugging kinect and waiting, doing a full shutdown. Nothing worked except what I said above.

    I think you should go ahead and get your Kinect replaced/repaired an update in the preview will not fix it.

    You should open the message when you do this you can install the app
