Kinect still doesn't work

Hello all,

I'm on alpha skip ahead ring and since 3 update Kinect doesn't work. It is be been recognize by my Xbox One X ( I've the adaptator) but doesn't work.

I try this steps :

If your kinect is not being recognized, try the following, I have had this issue before and this worked for me:

Unplug the kinect from xbox while system is on. Unplug kinect adapter from wall

Turn off xbox then restart and DO NOT plug in Kinect.

Once xbox is restarted, do a full reboot (not through the guide menu, going through the guide restart never worked for me when trying to fix kinect). Hold power button down, then when it powers off, pull electric plug out of xbox & wait 2 minutes.

Plug xbox back in and turn on. Wait for full boot up.

Now turn off xbox like you normally do.

Plug in kinect adapter to outlet then plug in kinect to xbox.

Turn on xbox and kinect should power on and be working again.
