Kinect Sports

Здравствуйте, купили игру Kinect Sports, загрузившись на 80 % вышло сообщение, что загрузить не удалось. В хранилище игр и приложений Kinect Sports определяется как поврежденный файл.Загружали несколько раз повторно, результат такой же, при этом отключали
все что было подключено к wi-fi, открывали порты отдельно для xbox, результата не дало. Что нам делать дальше?
