Kinect Sports Season 2: Unable to start game

Hi,

I recently bought a used xbox360 in good shape. Games that I got works apart from Kinect Sports Season 2.

The game launches and all is well until I am asked where to store my game data. I have three options, HD, control or cloud. I've tried them all. After selecting you are redirected to a dialog that states that I should select somewhere to store challenge
data. At this screen there is only a OK button and nothing to select. I cannot select anything or even press OK. Tried both hand gestures and any of the controls. Nothing happens.

How should I resolve this issue?

UNPLUG POWER to CONSOLE, now REMOVE HARD DRIVE from Xbox 360, click on link for steps https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/accessories/add-remove-hard-drive, now plug hard drive back in , then plug POWER back in , TURN ON CONSOLE, and now try
to sign into profile/account. See if you can install game to the hard drive, then try after

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble trying to play Kinect Sports Season 2 on your Xbox 360. Have you inspected the disc for damage? Can you try plugging in a USB flashdrive and see if you
can save it to that when it asks you where you want to save to. Let us know with a reply to determine how to best assist you.

@Mafivee I think Get SILLENT HILL HD COLLECTION, KINECT SPORTS SEASON 1 AND KINECT DISNEYLAND ADVANCUER. If I have more moeny. I will pick up three more games( SILENT HIL DOWNPORE,KINECT SPORTS SEASON 2 and LEGO BATMAN 2.). That if it all goes well.

i did all that but still nothing happened.the kinect is working with other games but it does not work with kinectic sports season 2
