    kinect sports rivals service is not currently available


    How to make the game service available ?

    When i play ksr, i get this error.

    I have:

    a xbox one console connected to 50 mbps fibre optic internet

    a legit game disc

    a live gold subscription

    No solution

    As Kinect games are discontinued

    You can play some offline

    I think rivals can still be played offline just no ranking

    They been discontinued for over 5 years where have you been

    Due to corona restrictions I can't play tennis on a real court at the moment.

    Thus, I thought I might play virtually from home.

    Offline mode works just fine and I think I'll stick to that.

    The games are perfectly able to perform on the Xbox one console platform, so I'm guessing you could be facing a Kinect issue. Pleas follow the steps mentioned in the following link to troubleshoot your Kinect: Troubleshoot issues and errors with the Xbox One Kinect Sensor | Xbox Support
    The game works but scores aren't being recording. Can't save avatars and when we turned the game off for the night and came back in the morning everything was gona and we had to start at training all over again. Scores are there but can't gain fans or save avatars. Says can't connect to sport rivals services. Been doing this all week. Not a Kinect issue
