Kinect Sports Rivals Review

This game takes some getting use to ( learning the different Kinect movements ) but if your after something fun and a good laugh especially when played with others I highly recommend it.

Also I have been known to suffer from insomnia, after playing this I sleep like a baby lol

@Sunburst Afraid of something you've never used? Makes no sense. Kinect 2s tracking was pretty good on Kinect Sports: Rivals so I couldn't careless what reviews say. I'm the only reviewer I listen too.

 

It's probably a good thing I don't have the room to play it then lol. One thing I loved about the Wii was the games you had to move around for but then it'd be like...yeah, I'm too tired to do that I just want to relax lol. I still have the pre-season waiting
to install. My wife has it on her X1 but she hasn't played it in ages.

 

I don't have that must room either but playing fine. You can get the demo to try it. (Wake racing).

I'm really surprised that you can't play as Zaccy says above, against your friends on live. I really was looking forward to that.

Took me an age to realise that you used RT-LT to go round the island. Was stuck for a good 20 minutes. Enjoyed it so far but only tried Wake racing. have kids on holidays from Wedensady night so looking forward to it then.

 

@Genchy you know what i mean but to rephrase the question, is this the game to really sell the kinect to people who are sceptical about it? Is game going to make me wish i had a kinect?

A quick off topic question but do I remember Major Nelson and Acey Bongos being pre built rivals in this game?

 

Acey was in Wake Boarding.

 

Major Nelson was racing me in Wake racing

 

Ahh thanks guys! I thought I could remember the mention of them being in it. I take it their champions are replicas of them too?

This game is garbage!! Much better on the old 360 version. So irritated I spent $60 on this crap!

Bought and downloaded it to try out at a after dinner party, took 45 minutes of pointless tutorials and avatar set-up to get to play games. Then games were boring and made you tired from keeping you arms held out in front of you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
"GAME"!

Don't waste your $$!
