    Kinect Sports Rivals not giving fan credits because it claims we are not connected


    Hi, my daughter and have been enjoying Kinect sports rivals for a few weeks. She and I each have a champion. This week for some reason when completing an event she is no longer getting fan updates because 'you are not connected to Xbox Live' . I have checked
    Xbox live connection status and it says we are connected. How do I get the game to recognize Xbox Live connection and give her the fan credits? We have logged in and out, selecting champions in the game etc, . I have a gold membership that is still active.

    Not connected. Kinect Sports Rivals

    In Xbox One, Kinect Sports Rivals, I can not collect fans. I have written in my profile that it is not connected. And after the game ends, it says that Kinect Sports Rivals is not connected. What should I do? Can you help me please? Thank you
