Kinect Sports Rivals, Kinect not able to detect players

Discus and support Kinect Sports Rivals, Kinect not able to detect players in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I Just bought Kinect Sports Rivals for my family to play together however after starting The Kinect does not detect us standing even in the play area....     Kinect Sports Rivals, Kinect not able to detect players


    I Just bought Kinect Sports Rivals for my family to play together however after starting The Kinect does not detect us standing even in the play area.

    During the initial Avatar creating it was hard to detect a play but it does detect that, For my Wife also it was displaying a man Avatar so strange.

    Kinect work fine with other Kinect games no problem

    Is there something in the game i have to configure or some Kinect settings please let me know
