    Kinect Sports Rivals distorted music and audio


    Hi

    I've tried to play Kinect Sports Rivals on my Xbox One but the audio issues are spoiling the experience. I purchased the disc and installed the game several times. The sound is set to come out of my TV speakers which are fine for other games. The sound
    distortion is happening on music, introduction video, coach and training sections, and celebrations at end of sections etc.

    Is there a problem with my xbox one or the game? Any ideas to fix anyone?

    Kinect Sports Rivals distorted music and audio

    A lot of people have this issue as I've been reading them but no solutions. Please can someone from Microsoft at least acknowledge this issue.

    I'm really surprised that no one on this forum can help me here. Very frustrating when these forums can't help and no xbox or Microsoft staff can offer any advice.

    Kinect Sports Rivals distorted music and audio

    I have this problem also, I'm in New Zealand with local settings, I will change region to US and see if I have the same issue

    region change may have fixed it, but I need to give it more time as it might come back

    I'm having same issue. Tried changing sound format to (e.g.) bistream vs other, DTS vs Dolby Digital, etc. and nothing fixed it.
