    maybe if you could have been a bit more up front about your plans when you started the process at the end of last year rather than leaving me going back and forth with the call centre and @XboxSupport teams since then as neither of them knew what was going
    on then I might be able to be understanding, but as it is the whole thing stinks

    Ok, this might be dead - but why was there no warning whatsoever that this was going to happen? I bought this and all the seasons and didn't download any of the episodes to my HDD. Now I can't download the episodes... EVER?!?!

    I have also purchased Kinect Sesame Street TV on DVD and received a Season One Pass. It downloaded without incident but when I tried to access the exclusive app content it immediately told me the Season One Pass was expired. Then I tried to to get Season
    Two and that's not even purchasable through the app but the individual episodes of Season Two are. Do I just buy them? I want access to everything I paid for.
