kinect sensor issues during Mossa 1

Anyone else have issues with the kinect sensor losing you when you do push ups or other exercises on the floor. I've adjusted the sensor and went through the set up many times. It still doesn't register me from time to time.

Issues with App

For Mossa Fight Workout 1 it says I do not have gold. I have a 12 month membership.

A lot of the videos do not work with the kinect sensor.

Crashes a lot.

 

Xbox Fitness issues

I noticed the same thing. Started happening 3 days ago. Prior to this I had completed the Insanity and Mossa Fight 1 with no issue. 2 days ago my Mossa Fight 2 crashed to home screen about 22 minutes in. I started the work out over and it crashed about
ten minutes in. Yesterday Mossa Fight 1 and Fight 2 each crashed to home screen within first 5 minutes of workout. I restored my xbox to factory and reinstalled profile and app. Mossa Fight 1 lasted maybe 2 minutes before crashing to home screen. I then
did one of the work outs that was in the "recommened" section. The workout completed but it went to the pause screen at least a dozen times on it's own. I also noticed, since the update, that the kinect sensor was "losing" me a lot more during my workouts.
Like the poster above said.....it can be dangerous to stop in the middle of a workout, especially with HIT like Insanity. Make sure you do a cool down and stretch if this happens.

 

I have to recal Kinect about once a week. The best thing I can say is where it asks you to match the "green" portion with your floor, push it down as far as possible without it going away. This usually works for me.

Also for most floor exercises I generally do them horizontal to the TV. This seems to help out a ton.

 

I overall have a lot of problems with MOSSA fight1 I was just about to post about.

1. Voice commands do not work in this workout (specifically, "xbox, pause" "xbox, play"

2. I consistently have issues with certain moves in MOSSA 1 that I don't have problems with in MOSSA 2, the "Leg Grab" move almost never registers. Also, the ground pound moves (seq 4, rd 5) always give me 0 points, same move registers fine on MOSSA 2.


Whats the best way to get this to the Fitness Team. Do they need more specifics? Can I provide any details that would help them troubleshoot? Do they have a "tester" team for this?

 

Unfortunately they don't seem to get very specific when dealing with issues. @XboxFitness on Twitter is active, but if you contact them with an issue they'll tell you to contact @XboxSupport
which will then give you a bunch of standard things to try and help solve the issue. It is still worth it though. Even if they don't solve the problem, at least it gives them a signal of how many people have isues.

It Twitter isn't your thing you may try the Xbox One Games or Apps on Xbox One support forum where official support people reply from time to time. I don't think I'v every seen them reply in this forum section.

Yup especially fight 1 fight sequence 5 round 1 very irritating cause i cant get that damn challenge done

 

its a fault with it I had same problem kept having to reset so decided to take exbox back to shop and get my money back plus games to expensive
