Kinect Sensor error

Hi I am experiencing a problem with my Kinect sensor for my xbox 360 console. It was working perfectly the day before I left the console to download the all access pass for the Kinect sport season 2, after it was completed I turn of the system. However
today I reconnect the connect and switch on the system but the Kinect sensor continue flashing green after about 2 minutes a solid red light appear with an on screen message that display "The Kinect Sensor couldn't start." I followed the trouble shouting procedure
for the problem online: the system is update, I left the Kinect to get to room temperature, I try to unplug and reconnect also I switch off and turn on the system and even remove the Kinect sports all access pass from my console. However the problem still
exist.

The Kinect Sensor couldn’t start

If you see this error message and the sensor of your console is red, you’ll need to follow the steps bellow.

You have to ensure that the sensor is at room temperature. You need to unplug the sensor and plug it back in again. If the problem exists, you should do it again.

If the Kinect sensor is very cold, you might receive this error message. So, the sensor needs to warm up.

Here is how:

• First, you need to turn off your Xbox 360 console.
• You must wait for the Kinect sensor to reach room temperature (approximately 70 °F or 21 °C).
• Finally, turn your console on to check out whether the problem still exists.

If you cannot solve the problem after performing all above, the sensor should be repaired.

 

Kinect sensor isn't moving up or down - XBox360

Kinect sensor isn't moving up or down. It gives an error as "Something is preventing Kinect sensor to move" any quick solution for this? restarted kinect sensor and also Xbox360 but still no luck. Is repair/replacement the only solution? Please help
