    Hi, I'm french and since yesterday my kinect is sending twice the digits to my SFR DECODEUR PLUS box (DTIW384 UHD SFR) when I ask cortana to change the channel. Instead of going to the channel 1 it goes to the 11. When I turn off the system by voice, the
    set top box stays on, which may be due to a double input which turn off and then right on the set top box.

    The IR code that is registered is C2436. I tried to adjust the IR delay but nothing changed. I turned off completely both xbox and set top box and started again the configuration but the problem remains.

    It s kind of annoying because it was working perfectly fine till yesterday. I do not know if there was an update. Can you advise me to solve the problem or tell me where to signal my problem in order to be taken care of?

    Help with a Entone set top box

    So i went through all the set up instructions and the Xbox one can control my tv. It finds my tv provider and the Xbox OneGuide works just fine. It shows all the channels but when i go to change the channels within the guide it sends way too many digits
    to my Entone set top box. I can use the remote and it will change the channels just fine but when i try changing the channels within the xbox OneGuide it doesn't work. It is sending around 9 digits when i click to change a channel. Is anyone else experiencing
    problems like this? I have done some searching and i can't seem to find any solutions. Any help would be nice!

    Kinect not controlling volume or power on Insignia Receiver

    I used C2302.

    Also I had an issue with my Entone Amulet 400 set top box where when I would change channels via the Xbox One the Entone would receive too many commands and go to the wrong channel. For example if it was trying to go to channel 124, the Entone was receiving
    111222444 instead. The fix is to go into the settings menu on the Entone Set Top Box and change the URC delay from zero to 3. When I went into the settings screen it asked for a password - the default password is just the number zero - at least on mine it
    was. Now everything works fine between Kinect and this Set Top Box

    You can't change channels without the kinect or an IR cable. The kinect is what sends the IR signal to the box.

    I'm having the same issues with my One Guide not changing channels but recognizing my voice and channel, but I think I know what my issue is. Does the Xbox One send out an IR signal ONLY? Or does it also send a UHF/RF signal? My One isn't in the same room
    as my Dish box, so I have to use the UHF setting on my Dish remote to change the channels. I'm fairly certain it only sends an IR signal from the Kinect and that's it, so I'm *** unless I move my Dish box.

    Changing Channels?

    TIGERL1LY, the exact model of your set top box would help troubleshoot further. The other thing that would really help is making sure your Kinect is actually sending IR light when you try to change channels... support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-oneguide
    has great instructions for checking that.
