Kinect sends multiple (duplicate) digits to my Verizon box when changing channels.

It's finally working for me too.

 

Channel switching now works without sending multiple digits, but skipping forward and backward still doesn't work for me when using Kinect by voice, controller, or Smartglass app.

Halo 5 Gaurdians 1TB + VMS1100 FiOS media server.

Works fine in my bedroom with my Day One Edition and the bedroom media client.

 

Still sending multiple numbers for entone amulet 505. Tried adjusting the ur on the set top box and no help.

 

BlueRegulator, what codeset is configured for your device under TV & OneGuide settings -> Device control -> Cable/sat box -> Enter a remote code?

 

BlueRegulator, can you verify that C3426 is the codeset that's entered. If it's not, can you try it and see if the behavior changes?

 

Hi, I'm french and since yesterday my kinect is sending twice the digits to my SFR DECODEUR PLUS box (DTIW384 UHD SFR) when I ask cortana to change the channel. Instead of going to the channel 1 it goes to the 11. When I turn off the system by voice, the
set top box stays on, which may be due to a double input which turn off and then right on the set top box.

The IR code that is registered is C2436. I tried to adjust the IR delay but nothing changed. I turned off completely both xbox and set top box and started again the configuration but the problem remains.

It s kind of annoying because it was working perfectly fine till yesterday. I do not know if there was an update. Can you advise me to solve the problem or tell me where to signal my problem in order to be taken care of?
