    i recently sent in my xbox one and kinect in for service repair and I had to send them in separate boxes according to the support packaging policy. To sum it all up they repaired my Xbox one and my kinect but I have only recieved my Xbox one and not my kinect
    even though it says delivered and signed by somebody I don't know. I contacted support about this and they are saying that it is not their problem since they sent it off to me. They say they are not responsible for it as soon as it leaves their station and
    that I should be the one contacting fed ex to look for the product when they were the senders. I just did everything they asked me to do, I am on the receiving end of this order and it's my fault it got delivered to the wrong house even though my address on
    the order request is correct? I have contacted fed ex about this and they are suppose to have the driver and station call me today but I recieved no call after my complaint was filed , hopefully tomorrow I will recieve a call helping me out with this issue,
    all I wanted was my game system and component fixed and returned so that I may enjoy it. Everything is still under warranty and everybody knows that you cannot get 100 percent of what you paid for with the Xbox one if your missing the kinect and I am very
    furious about this. If anybody has had any luck with an issue like this please contact me or help so that I can prepare for the worse or hopefully get my kinect back. It's been 2 days since it was delivered and I contacted support as soon as I saw that it
    was delivered and they told me that It wasn't delivered yet and they assured me that it was safe and in good hands that same day.

  2. Checking Repair Status.

    I recently sent my xbox off for repair and I was checking the repair status and it was 5 boxes I think and they were something like. Xbox scanned by carrier Xbox shipped out Xbox received Xbox repaired Xbox shipped back Something along them lines above.
    Now every time i try and check it I can't find it anymore its keeps coming up with my service orders or something. I really want to see if its been repaired as I got a email stating that it has been shipped back. Thanks in advance.

    Returned unrepaired due to tampering.... Thanks Microsoft.

    My Xbox One S stopped turning on a few months ago... I opened a ticket, it took me a while to get it printed and shipped, however the "live support" agent who was clearly a robot assured me that my Xbox would be received and serviced as it was within the
    1 year warranty.... I got my Xbox back today with a lovely note that said it was not repaired as it was tampered with and excluded from warranty service.... What the hell? I followed support steps online, created my ticket, and used a paper clip to eject
    the DVD that was inside... Not only did my Xbox not even last ONE year, when it stops working I get it shipped back accusing me of tampering with it and its not repaired.... Thanks Microsoft, I appreciate the level of service you have provided me... I cannot
    believe this garbage. This is the worst service I have ever received from a company... Tampered with.....

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately I'm going to have to side with Xbox Phone Support on this one. If the address on the package was correct and Fedex delivered it to the wrong house you will need to deal with Fedex to get it sorted.

    Good luck and I hope you get a speedy resolution

    If you still haven't heard from Fed Ex and its been a couple days it's time to become annoying.

    Simply put, if this were me, I'd call when i woke up, they say they will call me back i'd give them a 2 hour window. No call? Calling again, they give you another time line, i'd deny and give them another 2 hour window for resolution.

    Don't be afraid to ask for a manager or a Rep lead! You're the customer!

    Also i'd be shooting email! Visit this link to send one out! E-mail FedEx Office

    But keep this in mind, an old saying, you're more likely to bees with honey then vinegar! Keep your composure, but extra polite and calm! If you're irate they have the authority to not answer your question and/or hang up! Kill them with kindness!

    Until you receive the item, the responsibility lies between the sender and courier, as they are the ones that have the service contract. Until that item is in your hands, you have no responsibility for it not being delivered.

    Microsoft are liable up to the point you sign for it. This is why the sender must claim for a lost item, not the receiver, because only the sender has proof it was sent. I would get back in contact with Microsoft, and tell them to contact FedEx, because
    it sounds like they're trying to avoid liability.

    If FedEx cannot find it, then it is up to Microsoft to replace it, as they are the ones that should have insured it for delivery. They can claim for the loss from FedEx, but they must provide a replacement to you. You have no liability in this situation,
    none at all.

    As for the post above me... no, the OP is not the customer of FedEx, he is the customer of Microsoft. Microsoft are FedEx's customer, because they are the ones paying for the delivery service.

    Ex!

    Remove all accessories from the Xbox console or Kinect sensor, and remove any discs from the Xbox hard drive.
    If you send them, you probably won’t get them back.
