    i have a problem with my xbox one,at the xbox home the kinect is ok but when i start playing the laser of the kinect turns off,and voice commands don't are aviable

    but when i come back to the home,the kinect works very well.

    why?

    Microsoft do you have a answer for this question please ?

    "Xbox One is Kinect" ..... well no it's clearly not and all they had to do was package a bundle without Kinect to start with and we wouldn't be having these problem's with people complaining and wanting some form of compensation offered.

    Party problem's

    Hi,

    There currently is a service issue affecting party chat. They're actively working on getting it resolved now. In the meantime I would suggest you keep a look out on the service status page or sign up for a text message to be notified when the issue is resolved

    -Please try hard reseting your console (hold the power button on the console for 8-10sec. , and power back up) that seems to help resolve it for some users.

    kinect problem's

    Hello! Most games don't support the Kinect and it turns itself 'off' until you get back to the dashboard unless you are using the Kinect for game or party chat. Does that make sense? It doesn't stay on when it doesn't need to.

    Yeah, don't buy any games for the camera that devs are supposed to be making games for, you know for the peripheral you have no choice in owning if you buy the console and can't pack away...don't buy any games that utilize the camera. Just use it to watch
    tv and skype.
