Kinect problems- Restore to factory default helped!

If your Kinect is not working properly like mine was. Mine kept telling me to it was powering on and off and wasn't recognizing my commands. I decided to do a factory reset of the whole console and everything is now working good again! After speaking with
and Xbox support rep they told me to send it in and it would be about 30 days before i get a new one. Yea no thanks

I think with all the new updates and Titan fall dropping and the profile problem that was going on yesterday my Xbox got in a funk and just wasn't working. Try this if your system is being stupid like mine was. Hope it helps!

I need to sell one of my Xbox ones because i'm moving if i restore it to the factory default before selling it do i lose my account,saved games and so on. i don't want the person person i sell it to have all my info. HELP

As long as your console has been connected to the internet, all of your saves will be on the cloud so you won't have to worry about those, and all of your digital games are attached to your gamertag, not the console itself. You'll be fine.
