Kinect problems- not detecting my feet

Dear community, I am in my wit's end. A few months i got Your shape-??? evolved.

Now if i go on to a game that requires me jumping (eg Jump rope) my feet is not visible and ends up like I chopped off my 2 foots. So i have tipy-toe and that is causing me pain

Heres a list of solutions I tried,

Tried Kinect tuner- no luck

Cleaning my Kinect- no luck

Moving it- no luck

Some wire management- no luck

Tilting the sensor- no luck

Help me. I can't take this anymore D: It is causing me pain. Please.

Question about Kinect 2 that deals with space and if Xbox One will still work??

If you sit 3 feet from a TV you need to start worrying about eye strain instead of whether Kinect is detecting you or not....

Xbox One Media Remote Volume Problems

Same thing here too. My volume/ mute will NOT work between 5 feet and 12 feet from the Kinect sensor. Very frustrating.!

Well it sounds like it's not tilted far enough forward to "see" your feet. If you tried adjusting the angle and retuning it, then I suspect you are to close to it. Back up farther away from it.

Also my house is pretty small...

Have you tried sitting it right on the floor? Of course you'd then need to retune it. I'm thinking if it's that you're to close, then at that point your head will get cut off instead of your feet.

To make sure it can see all of you, ideally you'd put the sensor at about your waist height. But again remember, anytime you change the sensors position it needs to be retuned.

Playing xbox fitness with the kinect is just frustrating now. Half the time where it detects my feet is at my elbows and any time i go to floor for situps it loses tracking. Id say that is a bug and breaks the kinect.
