    kinect problem - xbox freezes


    Hi everbody,

    I have problem with my kinect. If I launch xbox with connected kinect it always freezes. If I launch game without connected kinect, it works, but if I connect kinect, it also freezes. I'm connected to xbox live, so everything is updated. Where is the problem?
    I try to reinstall updates, but without success, still freezed. Without kinect works everything fine. Please, any advice?

    Does your XBOX360 freeze?

    I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

    What is Microsoft doing?

    I've had COD cause some system freezing or other weird stuff like shutting my controller, headset, or Kinect off. I've only experienced these problems the first day or so of COD: AW. Other than that, I've had no problems with my system.

    I have the same problem too - just exchanged it today and having the same problems. The main game freezes every 10 minutes or so, but it you try to play using kinect it freezes straight away.

    Fun Lab Trouble?

    Kinect Fun Labs seems to be broken. I have added Kinect Avatar and even Kinect Sparkler. It seems to get to the blue cloud load screen after the car comercial, then it freezes the entire system. I have not been able to fix the problem by deleting the
    kinect fun lab and re-downloading. Is there a fix/patch expected?

    having the same problem here in Australia, was working fine yesterday, now it just keeps freezing, have changed hdmi cables, put the set top box straight into the tv......no problem......connect it back thru the xb1 keeps freezing.....all this on top of
    my kinect switching from off to on after only just getting it back from service, same problem.......come on MS fix things
