    hello

    I have problem with kinect - is switching off very often - every 1-2 min. twice or offen

    I have already ordered the repair number 1397028025.

    But I still have not got any information via email how to contakt the UPS courier ???

    I have a second question - if it is possible to send just a kinect to the repair ??? because on the printed label which I found on the www page, is weight of 4kg...

    The xbox one is OK so I want to send you only kinect.

    I spent a month getting my rep from avoid me to needs work and one stream put me back.

    Umm cause that's not how the rep system works

    In order to get rep deductions they actually have to play against you or a communcation and no twitch doesn't count

    The rep system works you just don't understand how it works

    In order to get rep someone has to actually play with you

    Or you get a MSG and then you reply rudely you will get reported

    Was your account created within the last few months? I just ask as I've noticed that most of the XBL accounts that have no gold stars are relatively new and were likely created after the release of the Xbox One.

    It's just my personal observation and a guess, but I'd say when it comes to the star rep system, it's just a symptom of the "changing of the guard" from old system to new. For most of the 360's tenure, new XBL accounts had 3 gold stars to start with. Most
    brand-new accounts now have none.

    The only person who can fix your rep is you.

    There's nothing wrong with the rep system.You say you had the Kinect mic on so that would be a problem as it picks up everything & is really annoying to a lot of people.

    Ambassadors can't check anything with the Microsoft team,we are just regular gamers.

    Fun Lab Trouble?

    Since receiving an Update specific to Kinect Fun Labs, I have not been able to access the program. It literally disables my Kinect Sensor and locks up my Xbox Elite.

    Tried the delete from memory and clear cache. Downloaded again. These steps do not resolve the problem. Spoke with a rep at customer service on the 7/22 who provided a few other solutions. We determined there may be a problem with the Kinect Fun Labs application.

    So that's my experience.

    Kinect keeps turning off or won't start after last update

    I am having the same issue. Kinect turns off or is not registered by console. Unplug Kinect and rep lug and it comes on. In Xbox fitness Kinect will cycle on and off or just shut down completely.
