    Kinect PlayFit app error


    So I have recently downloaded the Kinect PlayFit app on Sunday, 7 May 2017. I have been recieving this error everytime I open this app: Sorry, PlayFit calorie retrevial is not avalible right now. Please try again later. For more information visit
    www.xbox.com/status.     I have checked xbox.com/status and it says the Apps are running Normally.

    Kinect PlayFit Freezes on startup

    Hello, anyone encountered this problem too? My Kinect PlayFit App just freezes on startup. I need to restart the console every time. The only things that changed since the last time I started my console is the fact that I have downloaded the Kinect Sports
    Season Two Season Pass. I have also downloaded and re-installed the Kinect PlayFit App too.

    Kinect PlayFit app gives error on start, drops to dashboard.

    Every time I start Kinect Playfit, it give me the error message "playfit calorie retrieval is not available right now" and then drops me to the dashboard. It's very frustrating.

    Are you still seeing this issue on the console? If so, can you please try to restart your Xbox 360 console and see if the same error shows and take a picture for us?

    Kinect Playfit launches today?

    Great app, nice idea. As mentioned though, it clearly needs some work.

    Just played a couple of hours on Kinect Sports II and there's nothing been added in PlayFit... sad times.

    I had that problem when I first started playing Kinect Star Wars. I found out it was that the game registered me as a guest and not my gamertag, so Kinect Playfit didn't recognise that I had played the Kinect Star Wars. After I signed in as my gamertag
    on Kinect Star Wars, Kinect Playfit recognised my gameplay and how many calories I burned off.

    Kinect PlayFit - Sorry PlayFit calorie retrieval isn't available right now

    I too have been having calorie retrieval error messages since at least April 19th or 20th. This seems to happen from time to time, but usually is fixed a day later. I have erased my system cache, redownloaded my profile, and deleted and reinstalled Kinect
    PlayFit. The errors still occur. I have tried loading the app several times each day for 5 or 6 days.
