Kinect per XBox One

Salve a tutti,

peregrino per tutti i Forum di Microsoft e Assistenza XBox varia, non sono riuscito a trovare una risposta al perché sulla console di mio figlio il Kinect non viene riconosciuto e quindi non è possibile né accenderlo, né, ovviamente, utilizzarlo.

Premetto che da quando gli è stata regalata non lo ha mai usato, ora vorrebbe usarla per il microfono durante le partite online con gli Amici, abbiamo tirato fuori l'apparecchio dalla scatola e niente, non si accende e non viene riconosicuto. Gi provato
i vari disconnetti/connetti/spegni e riaccendi.

Se il tuo Kinect è correttamente collegato e collegato alla tua Xbox One, può essere solo un FAT Xbox One (il primo grande e nero) poiché Xbox One S e One X non ha una porta di connessione diretta (a meno che un adattatore). Dovresti sapere che se il Kinect
è collegato correttamente, dovresti vederlo illuminato dal suo LED anteriore. Altrimenti, c'è un problema di alimentazione. In caso di dubbi, prova a trovare un altro xbox One per verificare se il problema proviene da Kinect o dalla console.

Kinect is no longer supported, however you can find helpful options from third party affiliates and older forums on this issue on you tube, etc.

Il Kinect 360 non è compatibile con Xbox One. C'è un Kinect per l'Uno di cui avresti bisogno.

As if your only getting the Xbox one console, Kinect rubbish & 1 controller then paying theis much is unthinkable. As your going to have to pay another £50 per game.
