Kinect pausing during games

The kinect if my XBox One keeps pausing every few seconds! I switched it off and on again. Also ran an update! Seemed to work fine but then started again after a few minutes! Help!

Who Here Actually Uses Kinect with Mass Effect 3?

I use Kinect pretty often, well atleast during battle (except to throw grenades) but its pretty handy. What I like about it is that Kinect isn't in your way, it's there if you want to use it, if not then cooh. Sometimes it does pick up voices from my tv
if my tv is too loud but it's not that bad. Sometimes it definitely beats pausing the game to bring up the wheel.

Sorry to hear about the Kinect trouble. Just to check, do you have your Xbox One connected directly to a wall outlet or is there a power strip in between the two? If you have a power strip please skip that and plug directly into the wall to see if there's
any change. Keep us in the loop

This May be minor to some people, but I was amazed when I could just say "Xbox pause game" in DR3 to pause the game. I love using kinect to pause the game and even navigate in game menus! I have heard Peggle is really challenging with the kinect!

I have the same problem. Also, when I ff to a different point on the game, I cannot get the game to start up again. It goes back to the point that I started ffing from. Pressing A only toggles the cc.
