Kinect parou de funcionar

Galera meu Kinect parou de funcionar depois da atualização. Está aparecendo um erro C00000C2. Alguém pode me ajudar???

Reset your Kinect sensor’s connection

1. Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox button
    on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
2. Unplug the console's power, and then unplug the Kinect sensor from the console.
3. Plug the console power back in, and then press the
   Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
4. Press the Xbox button
    on your controller to open the guide.
5. Select Profile & system >
   Settings > Devices & streaming > Kinect.
   
6. Plug the Kinect sensor into the back of the console and wait up to 2 minutes for it to be recognized.

Note If your sensor needs an update, the screen will indicate that it’s updating, which should take approximately 2 minutes. If the screen doesn’t indicate that
an update is taking place, your sensor is up to date.

If you have tried everything to fix the problem it might be time to repair.

What happens when you try to turn it on? Most problems can be solved by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the Xbox turns off and unplugging it for 5 minutes.
