    The kinect turns on with the 3 red lights on when on home screen. The red lights turn off when i go into kinect sports rivals after a couple of seconds. It works until those red lights turn off, and the screen where it shows what the kinect screen sees goes blank. The kinect works in kinect settings as well.

    very likely when it ramps up to play the game, it's failing. Connect on Xbox one has a terrible thermal fuse in it that constantly fails and I eventually gave up fixing it. I'm personally impressed you have one that's still functional

    No all other games work fine, and the kinect worked a while back(I havent opened kinect sports in a while).

    I just bought an XBOX ONE console with kinect sports rivals. In the first phase, I started installing the Kinect Sports rivals while inserting the correct code. The console is turned off when the installation rate was about 68%. After a few days I switched
    the console to complete the download by clicking on the menu "settle here now." installation could not restart while mentioning "waiting list" and even after a few hours the problem still persists.

    please inform us on how to solve this problem and allow me to complete the installtion of Kinect Sports rivals.
