    Dear support

    I updated my Xbox One yesterday and the Kinect did not work at all. I followed the instruction on the support website and my Kinect still listed not plugged in my console.

    Kinect Not Responding

    Tried using Twitch and Kinect, even though Kinect is plugged in, it does not function.

    No lights, when I go to settings, and check, Kinect sees nothing. Tried all the reset methods here on the site to no avail.

    If it matters, I'm in the preview program.

    Game Not Reading and Kinect Not Responding

    Hi CowFace!

    Lets try this: With your console, On, press and hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until the unit turns off. Unplug the power supply from the back of the console, wait approx. 30 seconds. Hook the cable back up and reboot the console.

    Let us know if this resolved your problem. Kinect - not responding :D
