Kinect not controlling volume or power on Insignia Receiver

Sorry - forgot to post that this was resolved in the July 2014 software update.

 

Does anyone know the remote codes for the entone amulet 400? My kinect sends signals in doubles and i cant control my stb. Thanks!

 

I used C2302.

Also I had an issue with my Entone Amulet 400 set top box where when I would change channels via the Xbox One the Entone would receive too many commands and go to the wrong channel. For example if it was trying to go to channel 124, the Entone was receiving
111222444 instead. The fix is to go into the settings menu on the Entone Set Top Box and change the URC delay from zero to 3. When I went into the settings screen it asked for a password - the default password is just the number zero - at least on mine it
was. Now everything works fine between Kinect and this Set Top Box

 

I've been having a similar issue with the TV I got back in October (Insignia NS-40D51NA15). The Mute/Volume voice commands have never worked on it. Neither has the power toggle. These commands worked flawlessly on my old TV, but I feel like nothing is working
for this one. I don't have cable, so all of that stuff isn't what I'm trying to fix. All I do on my Xbox One is play games and I can't seem to find a fix to make the voice commands work. I tried the remote codes Studbucket33 suggested above (-2929, -2472,
-2545, -2169) but nothing happened with any of them.

At this point I'm not really expecting a solution, but was wondering if anyone else is having this issue with this TV model. Link for TV:

T1785

Also, make sure the Kinect has line of sight to IR blast to your TV.

 

Sorry for the late reply. I completely forgot I posted this.

The issue wasn't the codes, at least I don't think it was. I never ended up using them. The problem was that the Kinect didn't have a line of sight to the IR blast. I had a TV mount that allowed me to place my Kinect on top of the TV but when I moved it
everything started working fine. Here is a link to the mount if you're not familiar with it.
