    Kinect Nat Geo Season Pass not working


    Hello,

    I just bought a brand new copy of Kinect Nat Geo TV America the Wild.

    This game includes a season pass which includes all Year 1 episodes for the Nat Geo TV App.

    - when i enter the code in the "redeem code" tab on my xbox 360 console, i get an invalid code error.

    - Also I can't find the Nat Geo TV app in the apps tab on my console.

    - If i try to download the App via the main menu of the game, i get another error.

    Any help with getting my brand new season pass and the Nat Geo App to work would be appreciated.

    Kinect Nat Geo TV isn't working

    I purchased both the season 1 & 2 passes. I've successfully played all of the interactive episodes for season 1, and half of the interactive episodes of season 2.

    I deleted the app & it's updates from the hard drive storage area, cleared the cache, restarted my xbox, and redownloaded the app.

    As far as I know, a TV provider is not needed for this app (I've never been asked for one). At

    support.xbox.com/.../kinect-nat-geo-tv-setup
    it says that you need an Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Xbox Live free account, at least 839 megabytes (MB) of available storage space, & a Kinect Nat Geo TV Season Pass. I have all 3. I've used the app with
    no problems up until 3 or 4 weeks ago.

    I did discover one part of the app that still works: Party Animals. I was able to play it, and even earn some achievements there. The interactive episodes and additional video content still don't work though

    Kinect Nat Geo Season Pass not working

    In the game i get statuscode: 800700E8 when i try to download the game through the main menu.

    This is the message I got from Xbox Support...not much help I'm afraid:

    I have read your case notes and chat transcript and understand that you are having an issue with the NAT Geo TV service. Currently we have no issues being reported regarding the service not working.

    For all our apps, we provide "best effort" support. It appears that you have already deleted and reinstalled the app which would resolved most issues.

    Since the service depends on an approved TV provider, you may want to contact them to see if there is a problem.

    I deleted and redownloaded app. I have Neo Geo TV Season One - Season Pass. Still nothing. When i select to play any episode i see only message: Video error service isn't available right now. Kinect Sesame Street TV is ok and working propoerly.
