Kinect isn't working right

    Kinect isn't working right


    So for the past several months my Kinect has randomly turned off and stays powered off until I either unplug it, unplug the console, or both. Then it'll work for maybe a day or as long as a week, but shuts off again. Also the auto zoom feature no longer
    works, it simply stays stuck on the upper corner of my wall.

    Is this issue going to be fixed? If I have to send it in for repair, how much will it cost?

    Xbox isn't working right

    Ok so, I turn on my Xbox one so I can play with my friends. I'm not in a game, I'm not in a group chat with anyone, I'm at my home screen. My mom calls me over for something and I leave my room for 20 minutes. I come back and it shows that Rainbow Six Siege
    needs to be updated, so I click "Ok" and the screen goes black for a second, loads into my updates and it keeps loading into that again and again. I tried to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, it still has it loading. I get a "Something went wrong!" on
    my screen and it gives me a code to put in on xbox.com/errorhelp. So I type in the link, put in the code and it says "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "Ox800706bf"." So I don't know what to do with my Xbox one. I need help. Kinect isn't working right :(

    When the console is on, try pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

    This is a hard reset and may solve your problem. Let us know, but if it persists, it could be a hardware problem.

    this is a known issue with the new gamertag system xbox is working on a solution so the only thing you can do is wait for a fix from xbox
