    its under the Kinect>? at least for the power setting part... not sure... I am at work.... but I know the 3 options are XBOX OFF turn off Kinect, Turns off Kinect & TV Turns off Kinect TV and Receiver .. XBOX ON turns on etc etc etc

    whats your privacy problem exactly? if its the kinect voice commands can be shut off, and the kinect can be turned off too

    Go to settings, then, go to Kinect, then just turn kinect on and off again ( Hit The Check Box, It says "Kinect on") Hit it so it goes off then back on again! Hopefully this helped!

    unplug your kinect the turn your console off and switch off at the wall then turn your console back on the go to settings and kinect then plug your kinect back in and should work
