    Kinect is not powering up. Second time with this problem


    So tonight my kinect stop working is not powerin up.

    is the second time that it happens.

    the first time the kinect was send to rapair and they change it

    and now i am having the same problem.

    does any one has a solutio besides the ones that are In the page?

    And calling tech support because is not online.

    Kinect on and off by itself

    I appear to have the same issue. This suggestion did not resolve the issue with the Kinect powering off/on at arbitrary times.

    Console will not power up

    This is the second time this has happened now. I try to turn on my Xbox One, the power light turns on for a brief second, and the console then stops the powering on process and shuts off.

    Last time I plugged the power brick into a different outlet and it would power up. Now, after unplugging and replugging and trying different power outlets it's still not powering on.

    The Issue may not be the Kinect your console, may not be getting enough power to power the Kinect. If your consoles power brick, is connected to any external power source such as a extension cord i'd try moving it, to directly plug it into a outlet. The

    A couple issues with my xbox lately.

    Try holding console button for 8 seconds then unplug from power supply unplug Kinect from console.

    Plug back into power supply and power up console go into setting and choose Kinect.

    Now plug Kinect into console it takes about 10 seconds to recognize then you will need to do the setup tests, if that doesn't work you will need to set up repair/exchange good luck.

    October 2019 update broke the Kinect

    I have the Xbox One X and have to use the adapter with the Kinect. I've also tried a second Kinect and second adapter (I have a Kinect for Windows also) and have the same issue. So then you think it's my console? Worked fine before the update, my money
    still on the update. Understand if I unplug the USB cable from the Xbox and plug it back in, the Kinect comes on fine. So seems like the Xbox isn't seeing the Kinect on power up or there is a problem with that port.
