    I tried using my kinect this week to voice chat and play games that I've been wanting to go back to, but my kinect keeps turning off while I'm using it, and I tried placing the cable in different positions but it hasn't worked, can anyone help me solve
    this problem

    Hi, sorry for the late response, I tried those listed fixes already last night, but even without the kinect plugged in i am getting the error prompt to restart the console as there is a problem with kinect. and while i hadnt used the kinect in a while it was working when last i used it, never overheated or anything.

    My ambient light sensor is off, as is my kinect and the xbox still sends my screen dark randomly while I am watching TV. I find that it does so when I am not in view of the kinect. That scares me if I have turned off my kinect. Is it really off? Are

    Sorry to read you're having problems with your XBOX One. Have you tried unplugging your Kinect from the XBOX and restarting it? After that I'd recalibrate the Kinect making sure your volume on your television is set to a much higher volume than you normally
    have it adjusted to while viewing it. Please let us know if that helps and good luck.

    It's going to have teething problems so ignore the reviews, I'm not interested in the Kinect but if you are then wait a little while and I'm sure it will deliver.
