Kinect Hand gesture problems.

Generally speaking, I don't bother with the hand-gestures because I find it too cumbersome (although it's good exercise). Despite your issues with the hand-indicator not appearing on-screen, it's nice to know that there are people out there that actually
use it. It seems (at least from the perspective of these forums anyways) that many people don't use or downright hate using gestures with the Kinect sensor on the Xbox One.

 

I too started experiencing this problem since the April update...

 

No end of problems. ....hand symbol stopped showing up last night...voice commands hit or miss since I've had it

Regardless of the amount of times I go into sound calibration

Watching netflix and had it paused and it started playing by its self without the control

Being touched or voice command

The hand symbol disappearing is the last straw

 

Yup Also cant get hand Gestures at all, not even Moving tilles!! Help! Really Like hand gestures, use it more than the controller so much mor econvenient when you are doing things around the house and want to select something on the xbox whithout having
to pick up the controller. Pleas Bring it back if it has been removed for any reason xbox one team!!! We like gestures!!!

 

Hand gestures are no longer supported......since about two months ago...
