    Kinect Games Backward Compatible - KINECT ADVENTURES


    As there are no new Kinect games coming out for the Xbox One why are the good old Xbox 360 Kinect games not being made backward compatible?

    Kinect Sports Rivals is fun....but Kinect Sports 1 and 2 were awesome...and Kinect Adventures was also great. Even some Arcade games with Kinect like Burnout Crash was cool.

    I think I had all the Kinect games for the 360. Now I'm stuck with one average game.

    So hopefully they will do something for us with that (not cheap) 2.0 camera device except from being logged in when it sees someone's face in front of it.

    Will there be any way to play Disneyland adventure on xbox one

    If I'm not mistaken Disneyland Adventures is a kinect title and since the backwards compatibility on the X1 is an emulator it is unlikely that Kinect titles will port over even if you have an X1 with kinect.

    They have mentioned that Kinect for 360 games wouldn't be compatible with the Kinect v2 for Xbox One. The processes and programming for the device changed that they wouldn't be compatible. There are a number of Kinect games for Xbox One that are great
    ways to keep in shape. I use Just Dance series, and my whole family still enjoys Fruit Ninja Kinect for Xbox One.

    Some of the Kinect titles for 360 are backwards compatible, but they don't utilize the Kinect functions, such as Disneyland Adventures.

    Kinect Adventures is not currently on the
    BC list     because the 360 emulator won't be able to access any 360 peripherals like the kinect. So you won't see any kinect based games on that list.

    Because it's different from Kinect 1 vs Kinect 2

    Kinect 2 has a CPU in it to handle certain tasks so require special drivers also same with Kinect 1

    You would need to emulate the commands
