kinect failed with just fance 2015

i bought the xbox one (used) for my daughter with Kinect. the Kinect was installed . but everytime when she play just dance , the Kinect turns off , and 10 seconds later on , a little later in the middle of the song off again and so it goes all the time
off and on.

in the Kinect menu ,everything is right !

has someone else the same problem , or knows someone how to fixed this problem ?

How many truly broken Kinects?

The obvious hardware problem with the Kinect is just the first issue. Service is the other. My Kinect stopped working in December 2014. I contacted Microsoft and sent it in to be repaired in January 2015. It is July 2015 and I STILL do not have it back.
I've talked to at least 4 different individuals over the last 7 months and no one can tell me when I can expect to get the Kinect back.

what is really a bit scary is that Microsoft made no mention of Kinect at this years (2015) E3. Are they abandoning Kinect ?

your "peaceful middle ground" renders kinect 2.0 an accessory. just as kinect 1.0 is. You want kinect 2.0 to be as useless as kinect 1.0? make it an accessory.

And that is what you are after anyways. You folks are now so invested in kinect failing, I think that is part of your plan....get MS to cave, turn it into an accessory, and you will have your failed kinect.
