kinect dont charge

Hello,

i have a kinect and dont charge. When it connected to the xbox 360 the light its on (red) but if i disconnect to the xbox and only plug to eletricity it dont light.

Anyone can help me?

Note: The Kinect sensor and Kinect Adapter ceased manufacturing in 2017. Microsoft no longer carries inventory of either device. Check other retail stores for adapter availability.or you could ask a friend
to borrow parts like power supply for troubleshooting purposes.

It might be that your kinect charger is broking of the inside of your kinect is damaged, I would recommend contacting the xbox support team

The Kinect is a camera accessory and is not wireless. So it will not charge. It would need to be plugged into the console in order to use it.

i completely agree with you man 499 is a good price for me but they are not charging us 499 for the system and giving us the kinect for free id rather not have the kinect which would drop the price on a package and if not id still buy it and if you read
you will see i dont like lending games anyways so i already tell my friends to go buy it or rent it
