kinect doesn't work

I have a problem with kinect sensor. Error C005120B. What it is, and what i had to do in the future for this error. Please !!!!

Try checking to have installed all available updates for Windows. Otherwise try uninstalling the game and re-install it. For help, follow these

I think since last update Jigsaw stopped working. Only empty screen. Where are my progresses and downloaded puzzles gone ? Can I uninstall and reinstall the game without lossing my achievements and all the stuff ?

 

This may mean that you’re having one of the following issues:

• The Kinect cables are not attached correctly.
• The Kinect sensor is not installed correctly.
• The Kinect is not positioned in a way that gives it enough room.

Try these solutions and see if any of them help

• Check the Kinect cable and make sure it is attached firmly to the console.
• Reposition the Kinect sensor to give it more space.
  
• Walk through the Kinect initial setup again.
• Recalibrate the Kinect sensor.
