Kinect doesn't work from time to time in the middle of a game

I enjoy the game named Nike+ Kinect Training.

However, my Kinect frequently can't be detected while I work out.

It sometimes only has red light, and sometimes only yellow light.

This problem interrupts my workout for a while.

Any suggestion appreciated to figure out this problem.

Extra time doesn't work

Extra time does not work. If clicked, it dumps me out of the game altogether.

Xbox things don't work

When I click on notifications my Xbox freezes I can't click add someone it doesn't work settings doesn't work my kinect usually doesnt turn on or pick up my voice it sometimes takes multiple times for the Xbox to read the disk it doesn't let me type out
a message when I hold the middle button on the computer it doesn't ask me if I want to turn it off and there might be more

Ok so if it happens while your working out it could be because its moving, it must be on a still platform and not even move or vibrate a little bit. This can be an issue because if you are working out its hard to keep tables or cabinets from vibrating. Does
the red light come on during an intense work out? If you think this is not the case than the only other thing that causes a red light on a Kinect is a system issue that needs a repair in which case you'll need to go to myservice.xbox.com

Well those heated debates do tend to happen in the middle of those war threads you have probably seen from time to time (to time to time to time lol). I say it wherever I post, all systems have pros and cons. Doesn't matter where you hang your hat to play
a game. Gaming is gaming and that's all that should really matter

Seems to me they just really messed up the Kinect with this update in the attempt to deintegrate the Kinect as unnecessary, but forgetting about all of us who have it. Problems I have seen:

Kinect camera/floor setup completely removed/doesn't work anymore
Kinect voice recognition worse - I need to basically yell at it at times now
Kinect facial recognition worse - I get the "Sorry, we couldn't log you in, use a controller"
Loses me constantly in the middle of a floor exercise during Xbox Fitness even though it was tracking me fine for the first few reps

Ok this game is pointless you need a controller to move and use kinect to pull levers and buttons which doesn't work some times, im going to pass.
