Kinect Disconnecting Continuously

Hello. My kinect keeps disconnecting and then turning on alot. When it disconnects, the settings claims it to be unplugged despite that not being the case. I'm unable to contact an agent via phone call/chat for some reason; therefore, my only option is
to seek help here. Everyone, what do you recommend i do? Many thanks.

My suggestion is that you try the kinect on a different console if possible. It may be an issue with the connection cable or with the unit it self. For further troubleshooting I suggest that you reach out to support via chat or by requesting a call back: https://support.xbox.com/

deberías desconectar el disco duro y el kinect reiniciar la consola y comprobar si vuelve a ocurrir, si sigue ocurriendo quizá el kinect ya no sirva

There has been a lot of solar activity.. Maybe the flares are just effecting small areas on the grid here an there.

Hi,

It seems something is interfering with your wifi signal (it can be the neighbour's wifi ruter or even the micro oven) so what i would do is login to your router admin page and try to change the wireless channel to the opposite site (like if it's on 11 cahnge
it to 2). Also if you have an Android phone you can download a wifi analyzer app which tells you which channel would be the best for you.
