Kinect disappointment

Hi,

I'm a Dutch guy that's very disappointed in Microsoft regarding the Kinect.

I just can't see a reason why I should be happy having it.

Right now the only thing I use it for is for automatic sign in. I can't use voice command because dutch is not supported. And if I put my xbox on english I can't buy games from the store anymore. :| Also there are no games to play with kinect, it feels like
Microsoft knows this and doesn't even try to sell kinect anymore.

What can I expect from kinect, what can I use it for in the future? right now I have 100 Euro's of *** on top of my television.

Dissapointment of the year?

For me the whole of the Xbox has been a disappointment, too much focus on crap like Kinect and Entertainment.

It looks horrendous..and thats being nice..I wasn't too interested in kinect gaming ,but wow ,what a disappointment

Honestly, at this point, your feelings are justified, and you should just forget it. They disabled a bunch of stuff, and apparently have no desire to fix any of it. Customer service just redirects people to forum boards, where they can be ignored.

No as I no longer have Kinect, quite disappointed that it is it Kinect only.

I'm a little disappointed in Kinect, yes. But Im more disappointed in all the MOVE hardware i bought. Complete waste of time. Kinect is a good peace of hardware. Just not utilised to anywhere near its full potential. Yet!

My opinion on them "scaling back" on Kinect is a bit of a disappointment. They spent years trying to integrate the Kinect with the One/NextGen and then they pi**ed it away in the matter of a couple months.
