Kinect could not start

Can you write your problem in more detail? What kinect on which console. Does Kinect not work at all? Or just in some cases?

Hello! thanks for responding it may be defective, what i have tried is to warm up the area ,since it was a bit cold,however after doing all i power it off and back on and still the same condition. i purchased it very used and i just now trying it out it
just blinks green and goes red.

it is giving a code like C000009C. probably the best solution would be to just purchase another one.

Hi, do you have the kinect connected to the dedicated kinect port on the back of your Xbox? Usually that error means the kinect isn’t receiving enough power.

Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already, we suggest you try performing a power cycle by shutting down the console completely and unplug it from the power source. Make sure to unplug the Kinect sensor form the 360 as well. Let us know if this helps!

You could always use Upload Studio without Kinect? What console were you on? If you started up Upload Studio without Kinect it always said Kinect was required!
