Kinect Broke

And I'm pretty sure I broke it.

While cleaning my set up I went to move my Kinect to a different location and I accidentally dropped it. There's no rattling inside it but when I connect it to the console the One doesn't even recognize it being plugged in. I probably broke it but has
anybody else had the console not recognize the Kinect after unplugging it? I just want to make sure its not some other issue before I try to get it repaired.

Also, has anybody returned an item directly to a Microsoft store? Thank you for your time.

Like all Kinect games its broken, just delete it and sell kinect.

It's probably best to take it back to the store where it was purchased with your receipt or bring a smart phone to be able to show an email or some sort of proof of purchase. (if less than 30 days or so subject to the stores terms & conditions)

If its been longer than 30 days you more than likely will need to set up a repair -
