Well. have you tried to disconnect all connected devices? Kinect and external drive? And turn Xbox on?

Also try power-cycling your console by holding the power button for 10 sec.

Another option is to reset your Xbox with keeping all games and apps.

power cycling your console, or a
soft factory reset (leaving your games & apps installed) to attempt to get everything back up and running. Please be sure to remove any external drives that may be connected to the console prior to performing the soft factory reset.

For additional troubleshooting for your Kinect, I also recommend the support article entitled Your Xbox One Kinect Sensor won’t turn on.
