Kinect auto-zoom not working during twitch operations

Kinect looks up and to the right (my left) when auto-zoom is engaged via Twitch. I have seen multiple people with this issue but have seen no responses with any information on how to correct it yet. It does this with every game I try, no matter
what. Any suggestions?

Twitch+Diablo3=No Auto Zoom?

Got twitch broadcasting. Works just fine in most games, except Diablo. Cant get the auto zoom feature to work. It just shows the entire room. I know the problem isnt the kinect because auto zoom works just fine in forza and titanfall and even skype. But
when I try and turn it on while broadcasting Diablo it just shows a fuzzy white screen. Others have mentioned that it zooms in on crazy stuff for them and not their face but I dont think thats what happening here. Anyone else have this problem? Were you able
to fix it?

 

Not sure if its twitch or my Kinect sensor.

right iv set kinect up and recalibrated it, moved it and recalibrated it but still i get this issue.

when i goto the settings to stream a game on twitch im tryimg to turn auto zoom on as im sat about 7 feet away from the tv, however when i turn auto zoom on the kinect sensor looks over to the left it looks that far over to the left that im amazed by its
field of view but not its accuracy, it wont focus on me at all, iv tried moving around, waving, jumpimg and even shouting at it in frustration.

i looked on skype and turned zoom on and it tracks me in the circle but again it looks over too the left but at least i can see me (not being vain)

Also I'm in the dashboard beta/preview so it may have something to do with that as well so it could be....

If anyone can help or have an idea please let me know.

 

Exactly the same issue I have.

The weird thing is, that the very first time I tried this, it actually worked. Suddenly the camera started zooming erratically. The next time I wanted to use kinect auto zoom it had found a fix point in the ceiling to the left from me.

I'm thinking that it's because of the light from the windows, but the kinect knows where I am, so it doesn't make sense to me... please someone address this issue? It has apparently been an issue since 2014, as I can see from older post.

 

Again just to corroborate - I have had this issue with the auto-zoom feature since beginning to use the Twitch app and have yet to find a solution nor see a response to the problem.

Nothing?? Anyone? Xbox support? Moderators? No one know what to do or how to fix this?
