    I recomend you to ask for money back on all related kinect stuff since it is discontinued... If you want to stream buy a webcam insted since the xbox now support webcams but kinect is long dead for a while now.

    did you know that xbox now supports webcams in replacement for the kinect? i use a logitec webcam and its great hope this helps :)
