Kinect and Headset break AGAIN!!!!

Okay so when i first got the xbox one the mic that came with it and kinect were working pretty good. Had no complaints at all. About a year passed and my mic wouldnt work but i didnt bother getting a new one cause it would turn on and off sometimes and sometimes
i would have to wiggle the cord around becuase im thinking it was loss and that did the trick for a while. Then maybe two months after that it flat out broke. So i didnt buy a mic for a lobg time cause i had the kinect. Later on my kinect breaks. Idk why it
always stays on my cabinet next to my tv. Ive moved it a couple times for cleaning and stuff. So i used my warranty sent it back and didnt get a email from microsoft for the longest time!! Then all of a sudden it shows up at my house like months later. Kinda
*** and happy at the same time. So i started using it again. Then wat do u know.... It freakin brakes AGAIN!!!!! What the hell is this sh**made out of!! I only had it for maybe two, three months after i just got it back. So over course i contact xbox say wat
happened and they said to ship it to them and theyll fix it. And yes it took a long time for me to get it back. I just wonder what they actually do when they get kinects. Do they even try to fix the problem or just send u a new one?? So i get it back and alls
good. Id say i had this one for alot longer then the other one. Then what do u know. Crap starts happening. It would randomly turn off on and on. Voice commands would work, face recognitiondidnt work. Id just about had it with this crap product. And of course
i didnt have any more warranty so here was nothing i could do. and i wasnt buying a new kinect because id just go throught the same *** down the road. So i decided to just buy a new mic. I got the one that originally came woth the xbox. Had it for two weeks
or so and breaks. Why is it that microsofts products are just absolute sh**! None of there stuff lasts. I dont have a ps4 or anything but i bet you there headsets dont have these issues. So now i cant talk to friends, skype my family, or really anything. You
NEED a icto play on xbox. So now im not doing anything for a long while until i see something thats worth my money and wont be made out of chinese bullsh** material. Who knows when thatll be?

Xbox one wireless headset ?

If you're careful and don't actually break your headsets, I'd recommend the Turtlebeach x42s (or higher). They're wireless and can be used in conjunction with the Kinect sensor (allows for you to ignore TV sound while simultaneously using the sensor) or
with the headset adapter.

My kinect turns off and on itself .

I am convinced it's a software problem ,after an update , so I am hanging on till the new UI rolls out .
