Kinect Alternatives for the Series X

I understand that the Kinect is not functional (even with the adapter) on the Series X. This is unfortunate, as I use mine everyday. For those of you who have already made the switch: what alternatives are there for the following Kinect features:

Voice Commands: commands such as "xbox on" and "xbox volume up" are used frequently by my family. We are reluctant to go backwards and start fumbling for controlers/ remotes again. We also have no interest in the Google / Amazon options as we don't want to accept their privacy policies. What other alternatives are there?

Skype calls: Do we really have to replace our Microsoft branded video camera designed specifically for the Xbox with a third party one meant for the PC? I am assuming webcams work with the Series X. If so, which ones are equal (or superior) to the Kinect's resolution, zooming/tracking, and field of view?

IR blaster: we really appreciate how the Xbox turns on all the peripherals when it powers up (tv, sound bar, etc.). Is there a way to set this up on the series X?

Biometric/ facial recognition login to Xbox live: currently it logs us in as soon as we walk into the room. Is this still an option if we move to a webcam?

HDMI-CEC xan turn off and control yorunother devices. You will have to consult their manuals

Voice commands can be set up with an amazon echo or google home assistant.

Cant answer the webcam question, i dont use them sorry.

You guys need to make a Kinect Sensor for the Xbox Series X. Also, I need the Kinect Sensor to be invented for the Xbox Series X.

Therr was the xbox sensor which xbox support pointed to me from xbox wire once but it isn't referenced in xbox wire anymore
