Kinect Adaptor availability lies

I owned a Xbox One with a Kinect. I was told through every official Microsoft chat channel, including the Store, press releases etc that a Kinect adaptor would be available. On release day on Xbox One X I took my old Xbox One, traded it and bought Xbox One
X and accessories from the Microsoft store in Sydney on the basis that the staff advised me that even though out of stock now, I would be soon able to get a Kinect adaptor. All these communications whether intentional or not were lies, misleading and wrong.

I have now as of the 3/1/2018 had the Xbox One X, the accessorises, the subscriptions and the games for the last 6 months refunded. However as these people swindled me out of my Xbox One for a lousy $95 as a trade, I no longer have
any console. So now I shall be instigating proceedings against Microsoft with NSW consumer affairs and will also be taking and exposing them to the Australian ACCC for selling product on misleading terms and swindling me out of a good console on false pretences.
The goal now is to refund my Kinect, extra controllers and all games and software that was ever purchased for the original console that Microsoft have rendered useless by their misleading recent actions.

This action by Microsoft would have left many others in this position in Australia and overseas. Not to mention all the kids Kinect games that can no longer be used. Most importantly in my case Skype. Unusually for Microsoft, this has been extremely callous
but seemingly a new and common occurrence for them.

I do not accept blatant bad corporate behaviour, therefore will be seeking full retribution and public exposure through NSW consumer affairs and the Australian ACCC. I suggest those others who have been affected by this, do the same, Microsoft have ripped
us off.

Xbox one Kinect adapter

What lies? No where is it stated that the xbox one x comes with a Kinect adaptor.

It was announced in October that production of the Kinect had stopped & recently the adaptor as well.

5 minutes searching would of told you that.

The xbox one x does support all of your accessories,including the Kinect.You just have to find the adapter to use it

So, if you've received refunds then that's outside of policy. You stated "I have now as of the 3/1/2018 had the Xbox One X, the accessorises, the subscriptions and the games for the last 6 months refunded." It maybe considered marketplace fraud since you're
not supposed to be refunded. And you could be risking your Xbox Account
