Kinect adapter for Xbox One S

Hi!

I'm trying to get a Kinect adapter after selling my old Xbox One but keeping the Kinect and buying a new Xbox One S. How can I request the adapter? Everywhere it says "Conctact Microsoft Support" but how? I tried connecting to the chat but it kept me waiting
forever.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

For users upgrading from original Xbox One to Xbox One S

For a limited time, the Kinect Adapter will be available for free to customers who have an existing Xbox One console, an Xbox One Kinect Sensor, and an Xbox One S console. You will need the serial number for all three devices to get the free Xbox Kinect
Adapter. To request your free Kinect Adapter, contact Xbox Support.

To save time, we recommend that you make sure your Xbox One S console, original Xbox One console, and Xbox One Kinect Sensor are registered to your Microsoft account. Go to Device Support to register your devices.

For users new to Xbox One S

Customers who have just purchased a Kinect sensor to use with their Xbox One S console can buy the adapter from the Microsoft Store or other participating retailers

I've got the same issue - do you know if there's a phone number for Germany as well? I couldn't find any e-mail contact on their German support pages...

anyone have any clue as to how long the adapter will be free for those who upgrade?? I ask cause I preordered the GoW Xbox one S and that doesn't come out till Oct.

2. The German phone support line is - 0800 1 19424 (toll-free) Voice 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday

3. It should be free as long as long as you have an xbox One S, a Kinect and an original Xbox One.

PS. Please make sure that all three devices (Xbox One Original, Xbox One S, Kinect) are registered under your account to process the order.

Login as usual and go to Support > Xbox ->
Xbox ONE > Look for Get the Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S in “Trending topics” section; Then scroll down to “How to get the Kinect Adapter” part and choose
from the two options:

To get a FREE Adapter (most of who Upgrading to Xbox One S from Xbox ONE):

“For users upgrading from original Xbox One to Xbox One S: read the instruction and find the “contact Xbox Support” Link which will take you to the “CONTACT US”
page, and choose which types of support you need and/or prefer. You can choose
CALL BACK service so you do not need any number to call if you are not sure.

Please make sure you Got your Xbox ONE, the KINECT and
Xbox ONE S with you and are registered on your name. If not they will verify you by your
Gamertag, email and/or mobile by sending a
Code via Email or
Text.

Once is done, they will confirm you with the
ORDER for the Adapter send to you directly, and it should be
FREE.
