Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S

I need to get an adapater for my Kinect for my new XBOX ONE S -I have attempted to get this from Call back Support and each time I do a call - I am on hold for a huge amount of time and ultimately get get off - the phone gets disconnected.

I have registered all my devices - my Gamertag is mocsabkcid - my Microsoft Account is under *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** - I have been trying for the last five hours to get someone to help me and have wasted more time on the phone only to get cut off - PLEASE HELP ME

Multiple people are reporting that support didn't help whatsoever and that they should try later in the week. This probably means that they're not ready to deal with actually issuing the free adapters and maybe they're waiting for the 1tb and 500gb systems
to launch. So all that can be suggested is that you try the
support link later this week or next.

Are you using the Xbox 360 with Kinect, or do you have an Xbox One with Kinect 2?

Also do you have an original Xbox One with Kinect directly connected to the console, or a Xbox One S or X with a separate Kinect Adapter to connect Kinect to your S or X console?
